【Code of Conduct】
1. The Company has the right to “establish, change, and terminate” the Code of Conduct, and the contents of the Code of Conduct may be amended due to specific service updates or revisions. If there are any changes, the changes will be announced on the official website. The Company will not compensate players for any loss due to unfamiliarity with the announcement after the game regulations were changed.
2. In applying for an account, personal data must be duly registered. If the personal data provided by the player are false or if the data are not updated in time, relevant services may not be provided. The Company may also temporarily suspend the players’ membership and the right to use the services before player data are updated.
3. The account(s) shall be managed by the account owner(s) themself. If any loss or problem of the account(s) is caused by personal negligence or deliberation, the Company cannot provide any assistance, and the responsibility shall be borne by the individual(s).
4. If the player’s behavior in the game is involved in a judicial case, the Company may restrict the use of the game account and relevant services. Any changes to the electromagnetic records will be determined by the Company at its final discretion.
5. All actions of players in the game are game behaviors. If there are any disputes between players, based on the neutral position during the game operation, the administrator will not intervene unduly. Please adhere to the game etiquette and morals to resolve a dispute. However, if the situation is serious and affects normal gameplay, the Game Manager (GM) will have the right to make the final decision and decide whether or not to intervene, depending on the situation.
6. Do NOT pretend to be an official (GM, Customer Service, Gamania, etc.) to carry out fraudulent behavior or hinder other players from playing the game normally.
Those who violate the rules will be suspended from the game for 7 days after the first offense; if the violator fails to improve after repeated warnings or seriously violates the Code of Conduct as determined by the official, the Company has the right to terminate the game service contract with the violator.
7. Do NOT use inappropriate names (GM, Customer Service, Gamania, etc.) or special characters to create your persona (it is suspected of misleading players, insinuating pornography, personal attack, indecent words, offending social morals, etc.)
The violator will be temporarily suspended from the game, and please contact official staff actively.
8. Any sale, promotion and use of “unofficial” programs or plug-ins are prohibited in the game. The GM will investigate the non-compliant players. When the GM is investigating the players, the players shall respond to the GM’s questions at any time, and shall not avoid the GM's tests and investigations for reasons such as closing the chat box or disconnecting from the game, and any violation of the foregoing rules shall be regarded as a violation of the Code of Conduct.
Anyone who is detected by the system and confirmed to be using a plug-in program to play the game, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the game service contract with that person under Article 28 of the game service contract.
9. Do NOT attempt to destroy, hack, modify or break any Crazy Arcade servers and client-side data, and do NOT use any other program that may affect the operation of the game.
The Company has the right to terminate the game service contract with the violator and pursue legal responsibilities. In case of object transaction, fraud or fraudulent account use in the course of the game or any other event that involves civil or criminal liability, the Company may restrict the player’s gaming account and use of relevant services pursuant to the requirement of the judicial authority, including temporary lockage of the account and provision of gaming histories, etc. The same is applicable to any gaming in breach of fair and reasonable manner or any behavior that is deemed criminal or suspicious of criminal offense.
10. If players find bugs or other problems in the game, players shall notify the official staff as soon as possible by using the “Bug Report” on the official website. Players shall NOT accept items from players using the system anomalies (bugs) for their own benefit, and shall NOT use the bugs privately to do anything that may disrupt the balance of the game or affect the rights and interests of other players, and shall NOT pass on foregoing information openly or privately.
The violator’s account will be temporarily locked and the violator shall cooperate with the Company to handle the situation, and the Company has the right to terminate the game service contract with the violator if the situation is serious.
11. Do NOT use indecent nicknames in public channels or indecent words as game room names.
Those who violate the rules will be suspended from the game for 7 days if there is no improvement after GM’s counseling.
12. Those who do not comply with the GM’s instructions and interfere with the operation and activities (including insulting the GM)
will be suspended from the game for 7 days.
13. It is forbidden to spam the channel in the game hall, for example:
(1)Continuously speaking meaningless content, such as garbled characters, English letters or numbers, symbols.
(2)Using the copy function causes the chat box to be completely blank.
(3)Sending the same sentence more than 5 times in 1 seconds, averaging once a second.
(4)Repeatedly and frequently speaking, using the same loop text.
Those who violate the rules will be suspended from the game for 7 days.
14. Do NOT make inappropriate statements in the game or in the game halls, including posting or transmitting any defamatory, inaccurate, threatening, indecent, obscene, unlawful, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others information, or engage in the advertising or selling of merchandise. In addition, do NOT post hate speech or content that is derogatory, defamatory, or constitutes incitement to discrimination or violence on the basis of race, color, caste, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, physical challenge, veteran, immigration, socio-economic, age, weight, or pregnancy status. We prohibit terrorist organization, violent extremist and hate organizations from using our platform and we do not tolerate, promote or assist any content of violent extremism or terrorism.
Those who violate this rule will be punished by banning the account from speaking for 3 days; if there is no improvement after repeated warnings or if there is a serious violation of the Code of Conduct as determined by the official, the Company has the right to terminate the game service contract with the violator.
15. Do NOT buy or sell game items or game accounts with cash or any other valuable items.
The Company has the right to terminate the game service contract with those who violate this rule.
16. The products or services provided by the Company, including but not limited to virtual equipment, electromagnetic records, etc., are owned by the Company or the relevant right holder. You understand and agree to use such virtual equipment in normal and general manners based on the configurations used in the game until such virtual equipment ceases to exist naturally or termination of the gaming service. Upon expiry of the term or satisfaction of the condition, you agree that the Company will not be able to provide any subsequent handling of such products or services, including but not limited to virtual equipment, including but not limited to extending the period of use of the products or services, indemnification, compensation or provision of other similar products or services.
17. You agree that the products or services you purchase (including but not limited to virtual props) may not be able to be used as originally configured due to system, program considerations or other reasons. If your right to use is damaged as a result, unless it is due to a reason imputable to the Company, you agree that the Company will not be able to compensate or indemnify such damage or loss. If the damage is imputable to the Company, you agree to the Company’s standard manner of indemnification or compensation and shall not raise any objection.
18. If a member has any abnormal behavior in the game, including but not limited to: abnormal acquisition, obtaining or transferring of items, abnormal combat with monsters, conversation content involving piracy, any illegal activities, or any suspected cases of piracy, in order to maintain the security of the member’s game account and other members’ game accounts, the game administrator will lock that game account once the aforementioned conditions are detected. If the locked player is a GASH member, the game account holder must provide identification that matches the GASH member’s registration information.
